Hug 'em at the Airport

I've often told people that if they were to use a HugaMonkey Baby Sling even once at the airport, it would be well worth the money. I traveled to San Diego when my 3rd was just 2 weeks old, and I can't tell you how my HugaMonkey saved the day!

First of all, I had two other children, ages 5 and 3. And I don't even have to tell you about luggage, car seats, diaper bags, airport carts, shuttles, and the millions of other things that go to the airport with you. My baby sling kept my hands free to push, pull, hold, sort, lift, lower, scan, bend...you get the picture.

Secondly: security check. What on earth would I have done if I had to remove my sleeping baby from a carrier with metal rings or buckles!? I already had the task of removing everyone's shoes! To top it all off, I had to go through the "special" line because my driver's license had just expired. (Face the DMV with a 2 day old baby? I think not.) Instead of removing the baby, the very nice security personnel simply had me lift him away from my belly for a moment and gave the sling a gentle pat-down. My HugaMonkey had no pockets to empty - thank heavens!

Baby boy stayed in the sling for almost the entire flight, sleeping soundly. So many people stopped me to say either, "Hooray! That baby sling is wonderful!" and/or "I wish I had one of those when mine were young!"

Try it at the airport, you'll thank your lucky stars!
